In college, I asked out 50 girls (because I’m a whore, no, because I was doing an experiment). Here’s what I learned about rejection and how to use it to win in life and in business:
What’s your score?
Remember in high school when we were concerned about asking too many people out because you could get denied by one? It was weird. It’s like we focused so hard on getting 10/10, that we won’t even take a chance. I know I focused on having a perfect score, it was ridiculous now that I think about it. 🤔 I tried so hard on making sure every girl I asked out said yes, that there were some girls that I wouldn’t even approach if there was even a slight chance that they would say no. Then in college something changed…
In college, we learn how to deal with rejection. Which is where I got my winning strategy from. In college I asked out 50 girls, and yeah, some of them said no, but the crazy thing is more than half of them said yes! So I ended up with 25 girls!
Now, let me ask you this: Would you rather have 10 girls or 25 girls?
25 girls ALL DAY! (trust me lol). Here’s the thing, if you’re able to get over the rejection, you end up having more girls.
Applying this to Business
It is the same thing in business. We worry so much about the few times that we fail, that we won’t even take a chance. Here’s the thing, it only takes one success to change your entire life. This year I think I have taken the most chances ever and it has been the biggest best year yet.
It does not matter how many times you try. It only matters what you end up with in the end. I don’t suggest that you be a whore like me, but I do suggest that you get out there and try without hesitation.
Hope this helps you in your journey…
